At Baker Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Verify Condition

Ensure all decks remain in their original shrink-wrap and apparel is unwashed with tags attached; grip tape applied to decks makes them ineligible for return.

Initiate Request

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
